Yesterday morning I took a trip with some friends to see the Picasso exhibition at the Tate Britain. I thought I should wear something demure and ladylike for this adventure, so I went with my new favourite shirt from the charity shop, and the new trousers I got from the marvellous Kirsty at Fatty Unbound. I’m sure she was sad to part with them but they’ve definitely gone to a good home. It’s one of the main perils of being a fat girl that trousers feel almost entirely off-limits due to the impossibility of finding ones that fit all your different areas. I have big hips, a small waist and a chub tummy, so the appearance of a good pair of trews happens once in a blue moon.
