Is two pink coats too many pink coats? I don’t know and I don’t care. I love my spring-appropriate pastel pink coat (even though spring seems a long way away and Saturday’s pleasant weather was just a fluke) from ASOS’ main range. When I button it up it makes a really chic cocoon shape and it’s so so excellent. And say hello to my beloved new trainers! Opening the box was like an erotic experience because they looked so deeply perfect and the smell of the suede provoked deep and sincere feelings in me. I’d been wanting some Nike Blazers for a really long time, and told myself ‘if [x] good thing happens I will buy some Nike Blazers’ but nothing good has happened so I haven’t let myself. JD Sports were kind enough to send some my way anyway. My new future incentive reward is a neon Comme des Garçons wallet, if anyone out there wants to help me out…

Also, I had to grow up with a tragic childhood of gift shops never having stuff with my name on. I went into Topshop the other day and they’d started doing name necklaces. Among all the expected girl names, there were lots of Morgans and lots of… Bethanys! I don’t really know how that made that decision and why they chose those names along with Emily, Olivia etc. I’m actually super fond of it already and think maybe I should upgrade to a real gold version when my birthday rolls around…
