It was a miserable Friday afternoon when I went to meet my pal Seb for a coffee at Prufrock on Leather Lane, but I had two things on my side: a bright yellow backpack and mismatched florals. I am crazy about my new backpack. It’s sturdy, reliable, keeps my stuff dry and means I don’t get arm-ache carrying my junk around. Also it’s Swedish, so I get to feel like a little Swedish schoolkid when I tramp to university with mine.
I’ve said it before, but if I could wear long-sleeved shirts buttoned to the neck, proper trousers and flat lace-up shoes every day, then I would be very happy. Especially if they were mismatched prints.
