Today is the first of September, and here I am, right on time, singing the praises of transitional dressing. It’s still quite warm in London, at least too warm for any kind of proper A/W fashion, but I don’t want to go full summer every day. I recently picked up two Junarose dresses that seemed to solve all my wardrobe problems, and turns out they have. The denim smock dress I wore yesterday was just perfect, and today I’m taking the loose breton dress out for the first time. This style is very similar to a Junarose dress I got last year, sold and then regretted selling (something that’s only happened maybe twice in the history of me selling my clothes), so when this appeared on the site I saw my chance to bring it back into my life. It’s slightly different, in that the sleeves are shorter and it’s a less fitted style, which makes it great for this time of year. To be honest, Junarose are consistently killing it. Even though I’m on an outerwear ban, I’m obsessed with this coat (I feel like it’s really Rooney Mara as Therese in Carol), and I know I would look amazing in this jumpsuit.

Makeup-wise I’m wearing Sephora Luster Matte in Electra Pink on my lips, and I’ve gone for a bit of matte bronzer on my nose and cheeks as well as my usual makeup routine.
